Route marked as scheduled when it is not (De-Sync)

Description
As reported by POTKC via Discord - The route was marked as already being scheduled, however the flights belonging to the route were in fact not scheduled. This caused the route to fail any re-scheduling attempts.
Steps to Reproduce
Cannot reproduce at this time
Expected behavior: Upon landing, each flight belonging to the route changes from "scheduled" to "not scheduled" in the database, so the system knows it is eligible to be re-scheduled at the next available time.
Actual behavior: The flights all landed, but did not get marked as "not scheduled" in the database.
