Limit of Used Aircraft
Context
The number of used aircraft should be limited to avoid an undefined number of them. For example the system produces 200 units of DC-8-73. Then the system should stop an emission greater than 200 units. These 200 units will be held by the airlines permanently if they don´t sell them until the aircraft are scrapped and after that the system should produce additional ones to reach 200 units again.
