Detailed Description
Increase the number of planes that airlines can lease when they have a good credit rating.
Context
I have an AA+ credit rating, no loans and have maxed out the amount of leased planes I am able to lease with my credit rating. I believe that the increase in the lease limit would be beneficial for many users.
