Making Airport Fees more detailed
Detailed Description
I have another operating cost that can be accounted for in detail for flights. In reality, every airport has different fees they charge airlines. I'm sure when unk is reading this, he's probably like "ughh, more work. But hear me out, how about you'd list every airport as different classes - Class 1, Class 2, Class 3, (and probably a Class 4) and this depends on the passenger number of passengers an airport has carried, and every "class" has a different fee scheme with it. Class 1 being the most expensive scheme (in which airports like LHR,JFK,LAX,HND,etc. come to mind) Class 2 being an equally balanced airport (in which airports like NRT,LGW, FLL, etc. come to mind) and Class 3 being the cheaper airports and then the possibility of Class 4 being an airport that is EXTREMELY CHEAP (we can say like $0 for landing fees for certain aircraft)
Some airports charge for:
- Passenger Charges (an airport charge you for each pax)
- Aircraft Parking Fee (this can really be accounted for in the gate leases)
- Landing Fee (depending on how heavy your aircraft is will depend on the price; heavier aircraft=higher landing fee, HOWEVER, different airports calculate landing fees differently... but if you just want to just make it simple then you can go with that calculation)
- Airport Security Fee
- Airport Bridge Fee (basically if you're using a ramp or a gate, again this can be accounted for in gate leases- which a feature, later on, could be added when leasing gates for it to be either stairs or a jetway- which can SLIGHTLY affect rep)
- Ground Handling Fee
