Ability to Issue Employee Bonus + more
Detailed Description
I think a bit more interaction with the employee page should be added. Therefore, maybe the addition of issuing bonuses to employees which can give a temporary happiness boost (don't know how you'd calculate this yourself, but a ROUGH draft in my head goes like this: every $300 would give an employee a boost of 2 days)
As well, the ability to have profit share. Most companies have this benefit with their companies (I know Delta Air Lines and I think American Airlines also does it). But, every month or week, an employee would get a benefit of maybe 1%-10% of your sales (you set the percentage you want)
