To add additional realism to the game, a request to implement class checks
Context
Currently aircraft if scheduled fly an unending amount of flights, to make to game a little harder, we should look at implementing scheduled checks, this would mean the aircraft if under going one of the checks is not in service, the aircraft is either substituted whilst be checked or the flight does not compete, which could affect overall rep
