Hi I am new to the game and I have a question.

I set a flight from my home base at IND to DFW for 7 am this morning using one of my 737-900ERs. This flight arrived on time. With this plane I only need 40 minutes of turn time. It arrived at 8:43 local time so I set the return trip to IND to be at 10 am. However, it is displaying a time of departure for 5:00 pm. I tried to change the time to 11 am to see if there wasn't enough turn time but that was not the case.

Is there some kind of delay mechanism I don't know about in the game? It's very frustrating not knowing what is causing this issue and any thoughts or suggestions that might help would be greatly appreciated.
