Little boost for based airlines

Detailed Description

I’ve been looking at some of my flights and noticed I’ve been loosing passengers on some flights by airlines not even based on any part of the route I’m flying which got me thinking maybe it can be possible for to have some kind of upper hand for an airline that is based somewhere on the route say like MIA-JFK and MIA-LAX for example outside of my airline there is only one other airline on those routes that is based in the other city but. you have some other airline based in a completely different city flooding the route with flights supplying more flights than the 2 based airlines combined. That’s my idea I don’t know how you could make it work or if it’s even possible but I thought it’d be a good idea to throw out there and I highly doubt I’m the only one having this issue
