Starting flight should show "Flight Tracker" instead of going back to flight list

When a flight is started from the "Fleet Management" page, it goes back to the same page.
Context
Instead it should go to the flight detail page of the started flight. This way we can immediately see how much load it carries and also the ETA time and profit of that flight.
