Flight scheduling with no economy passengers

Flight ID

670174

Description

I researched a route, MSY-LHR, using my default ticket prices. It predicted a 95% load factor for the aircraft I planned to use. Acting on this information I went ahead and created the route. The flight was scheduled, and instead of the 343 economy passengers that were predicted, there are none, and the load factors for premium economy and business are also significantly lower than the research page said. I understand that it is not 100% accurate but this has got to be wrong somehow, it is way too extreme.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Research route MSY-LHR,
  2. Create route MSY-LHR,
  3. Go to Routes > Active Flights, and select the newly scheduled MSY-LHR flight to see more information. Obviously, I can not guarantee that doing this from a different account and with a different plane will produce the same result.

Expected behavior: Route research prediction is not spot on, but in the ballpark.

Actual behavior: Route research is not even close, not a single economy passenger on the flight as opposed to the predicted 343.
