[Bug] Penalty not charged for landing without a gate
So my gate expired, and I wanted to see if I get a penalty for not having a gate yet landing the plane, and I tested it with flights yesterday at Tel Aviv.
Turns out not penalty was incurred (at least it is not reflected in ledgers)
