EU Open Skies Changes
I believe that currently all Overseas territories of Eu countries are considered as part of the EU Open Skies agreement in-game. I can't find the list at the moment, but I'm sure there is one :)
Additionally, there are other countries, namely Morocco, Israel and Jordan that participate in something similar to the EU open skies, where any EU airline can fly to them.
