I prefer not to be seen as a slave driver, so I always try to pay decent wages in these types of games, and keep staff turnover <5%. For some reason the pay required to keep the happiness of Executives, Corporate Operations, and Customer Service Agents is completely skewed. The wages shown is somewhere just under the amount required to have the employee happiness over 0.
