Route Research Page Shows Inaccurate Demand For Routes with Competition

Description
When researching routes in the route research page, demand shown is often higher than the actual load factor that one gets when flying a route. It is possible that the page is showing demand without competition when there is competition, or is reflecting actual demand with competition when the competition doesn't operate a certain class (i.e. you may be the only operator that has Y+ class, but since there is another carrier that operates any other class it reduces your demand anyway)

- Research it
- See results
Expected behavior: Load factors should reflect exactly what is shown in route research page
Actual behavior: Demand is often lower than it should be.
