Revenue Tax Calculations Slightly off
Description
Revenue Tax calculations are slightly off by the amount of about 1 day's operating revenue and its associated tax.
Expected behavior: Revenue tax includes taxing revenue for all days of the month
Actual behavior: Seems to only tax for every day - 1 day.
Possible Solution: See if this is possible due to the fact that income tax is taken at 1200 UTC and possibly change it to be taken out at 0000 UTC instead. Income tax can still stay at 1200 UTC as it is not counted in operating costs or it can be moved to 0000 UTC to simplify tax calculations for the player.
