Seat configurations compared to load restriction

To use this template, replace the <!--- --> brackets with your issue.

Detailed Description

Implement a check to compare the current seat configuration total against the route the aircraft is using to see if the actual seat count onboard is less than the route/aircraft restriction. Ex. A route is restricted to 86 seats, but the actual number of seats on board is 80 so that restriction isn't met and non-applicable.

Context

Having the blue exclamation mark drives me nuts, and I'm sure others as I keep thinking something is wrong with the flight. In reality, nothing is wrong but the route is getting tagged with an arbitrary notification about something that's not really as issue, but might be. It reduces the amount of clicks to see why there's a restriction in the first place.
