Planes can't fly exactly at max reserve range

Description
Aircraft can't be selected to fly flights at their stated max reserve range. Created a route from CZX-KNO with distance exactly 2,378 mi for aircraft ERJ145XR (max reserve range 2,378 mi). Plane is not selectable from the drop down menu. Plane should be able to fly that long even with 0 pax.
Could possibly be error in coding where there is a < instead of <= .
Steps to Reproduce
- Create route matching exact reserve range of aircraft
- Attempt to select desired aircraft
Expected behavior: Aircraft is selectable and will display the flight route, even if with 0 pax (in this case ERJ145XR is restricted by fuel and not by weight so pax will not be 0).
Actual behavior: Aircraft does not appear in the menu
