Second hand aircraft - delay entry to service

To use this template, replace the <!--- --> brackets with your issue.

Detailed Description

until breakdowns are sorted and reimplemented it's generally agreed there's not enough penalty in snapping up large numbers of used aircraft. This encourages spam lines.

I propose that when an aircraft is leased or purchased from the used market or auction it can't enter service for a set number of days (7 for example). This could be used to account for real world fitting of the cabin and painting.

Perhaps also force at least an A check before entering service too regardless of how many hours are left.

Context

This delay in allowing a used aircraft to enter revenue service will act as a layer of discouragement and slow down growth a little.

Adding a forced maintenance check adds an additional cost too.

this will slow spam liners thus benefitting all other players especially smaller newer airlines and players.
