<we sometimes like to operate older aircrafts with relatively good capacity and efficiency so every time we have to depend to depend on used market to show up the aircraft we need, by RFP feature airline player can give a proposal to the broker to buy/lease certain amount of used aircrafts (with or without discounts),if Broker agrees with the proposal the deal gets done,within 2 weeks or so, to keep the RNG based used market operational in the meantime I suggest to keep this option Credit rating based(ex:- C rated airline can issue an RFP worth $10 mil per month while lease permit stays still with the current lease allowance) . Ex :- Alfa airways gives a RFP to buy 10 B747-200s Bravo Airways gives a RFP to lease 20 B717-200s >
