Special characters replaced by ? icon
Description
Any name displayed on the game (such as airport names and city names) that include special characters do not display correctly. The special character is replaced by a question mark (?) icon instead.
Expected behavior: Special characters are displayed properly
Actual behavior: Special characters are replaced by an ? icon
Possible Solution: Possible issue with the charset, either on the web page itself or in the database. Also possibly a server config issue?
